Refund of purchase cost is based solely on the conditions that

1. The refund will go to the credit card of the purchaser
2. The refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase
3. A reason why the product is unsuitable must be provided.       
4. All purchases are based on AUD prices, but will be made in the equivalent amount in your own currency. For US customers note this means the actual prices quoted are cheaper in USD as One AUD is usually US$0.60-$0.80. Check xe.com for more current exchange rates.
5. Refunds will not include the Merchant fees and Payment gateway processing fees which are additionaly charged by 3rd Party payment processors.                                                                                          

Intellectual Property/License- All worksheets sold through this site are the Intellectual Property of Master Coaching. They are sold for private use, and are not to be used commercially to tutor, teach or train others for profit or income. If you wish to use our worksheets for training, tutoring or teaching others for profit or income, please contact us for a commercial license to use our intellectual property. Similarly, schools that wish to use our material can be offered an annual group license rate.

All prices are in Australian Dollars, and transation fees for credit card and payment gateways will be billed to the user.

Privacy Policy- We do not share your details with any third parties, and all Credit Card and Paypal information is not entered into or stored on our site. It is entered into the Secure Payment Gateway, and we are merely notified of the successful transfer of money into our account.

Discounts/Specials- We run a lot of discounts and specials on this site, including our Bundled Products.  Sometimes the sum of buying too many individual items at the discounted rate will still be more than the full years worth of work that we have bundled together as a Zip file for a discounted rate. Please note the Bundled product that covers a full Years/Grade's worth of the worksheet catalogue will also include some other smaller bundles in it. ie/ Year 12 Maths Worlksheet Bundle  also includes in it the sheets for the cheaper Year/Grade 12 Top-Level Maths Review Bundle. Read carefully before you buy other bundled products. We do not offer refunds just because you did not read the content clearly and purchased a product twice. We have designed our pricing so that the more you buy the better value and cheaper it is. So purchasing any Bundle or buying a few individual items with the associated discounted products is cheaper than buying each item individually.

Price Confirmation- Please confirm the price as is stated above the product description on the right hand side. Sometimes due to a clerical error this may be different to an advertised special in the product descrioption. If this is the case please email us first so we can fix the problem. If you buy a product and than tell us there was a clerical error and it should have been cheaper, than we reserve the right to refuse refund, Pricing is based on the actual amount that comes up during the purchasing process.
