I have complete empathy with you, as you seek greater rewards in life. I know what it feels like to be afraid of the unknown. This is why I have developed the MASTER COACHING practices into a stress-free system. I know it works; it has for me and over thirty other franchises.
But what about you? I believe you are talented, with the same energies I had when seeking new directions. Just like the children we teach, all of us can reach great heights when our level of expectation is lifted. We need to motivate ourselves in order to motivate others. If you think you can, then you can. But if you think you can’t, you are right. You can't.
I believe together with other great educators, we can make a profound difference in the lives of students. In doing so, we give them hope and at the same time, give ourselves a rewarding and wonderful life.
When I started my tuition school in 1984, I plunged into a relatively unknown business. I had no comrades or anyone to copy or even ask for help. I was on my own with a young family and a whole lot of “hope it works”. And this was a time when tuition was not well known and industry acceptance was low. The first few years were lean, but before long I was teaching three hundred and fifty students per week. The punt had paid off financially and vocationally.
The results my system achieved with my students were far greater than I had anticipated. I felt I should try to reach all students everywhere. I gave myself a mission: to find and train others like myself to assist me reach my goal.
Franchising was the only way and today I am even stronger in my resolve to give all our students the chance they deserve.
I admire and respect the courage of those initial franchisees who stepped into my vision. They were the pioneers–brave and committed. As the number of centres grew, the risk for new franchisees diminished. Witnessing the earlier successes, inspired others to join me in my mission.
I do not boast to be a wonderful motivator, but I believe we all achieve great heights when we continually look for challenges and set goals. Success involves peaking and then looking for other goals, to begin again.

Over the past few years I have almost accidentally become a leader in the education field. With the construction of a formidable team of Australia’s best teachers, I can see Master Coaching as having no equal in the tuition field. However, I remain humble in the pursuit of true excellence.
Those of you with experience in departmental regulations and demands while teaching in inadequate environments ,will undoubtedly have crossed the same bridges of frustration. Teaching is not effective in hostile, unrelaxed or stressful situations. It is enormously effective when things are in order and there is a sense of ease and job satisfaction.
