HOW CAN THE PARENT BE SURE THE STUDENT IS PROGRESSING?

At Master Coaching International we have developed an assessment program which clearly identifies exactly what stage the student is presently at, and at what level the student needs to commence tuition. Once we have built the student’s confidence level, their progress quickly accelerates and continues to improve. We have bench marks along the way to ensure the student is progressing. after all, this is our job and the student’s progress is our responsibility. Term reports, homework and total communication with the student and parent, allow us to accurately gauge progress. We are specially trained in tuition and motivational techniques. You will be delighted by what we can achieve with students.

How can Master Coaching International ensure there will be a change?

Homework is set and marked by Master Coaching International to enhance the coaching session.  We identify very quickly why the student is stagnating or uninterested.  Usually we find that enthusiasm has dropped for a number of reasons such as:

• Lack of confidence in the subject.
• Fundamentals missed.
• Class disruption.
• No recent success to help motivate the student.
• Misunderstanding (The student not grasping
• certain fundamentals).
• Home Disruption.
• Laziness.
• A great number of other reasons.

It’s amazing to witness reversal of attitudes and performance levels when students finally feel they are capable, and are accomplishing work which previously confused them. This aspect alone is very stimulating to us at Master Coaching International. The same situation applies to excellent students who have lost that edge. IS IT EVER TOO LATE TO START TUITION?

NO! DEFINITELY NOT
In fact quite the opposite. Many people do not realise the stress and pressure on teachers who have to deal with diverse groups of students.  This is no one’s fault. It’s just a fact that teaching  is a job like any other and one can only do one’s given best. Master Coaching International is more than aware of the great efforts made by teachers on behalf of students, but there are natural limitations. Master Coaching International's role is to bring the student to the top of the class and teachers always notice the difference. Teachers naturally tend to be invigorated by the student’s remarkable new success and revitalised interest.  In fact many teachers recommend tuition to all types of students because they simply cannot fulfil the needs of so many at the same time.

QUALIFIED TEACHERS

At Master Coaching International only fully qualified teachers are involved. These teachers are then trained in the specific area of tuition. This training involves concepts that generate greater focus on the individual student’s needs.

HOW DO YOU GET YOUR RESULTS?

We work on building the child’s self esteem and confidence by setting goals obtainable within their scope. Once we have the student feeling more confident and positive the learning process starts to accelerate. Each student is taken step by step through the basics of their understanding. Some commence at high levels, others at very low levels depending on our assessment criteria.  This assessment is done at the initial interview. Regular homework is set and is marked accordingly. Term reports are provided (see examples in this brochure).

THE PROGRAMS

At Master Coaching International Centres we cater for most subjects, but predominantly, our specialist areas are English, Literacy, Reading, Mathematics and Science.

DO YOU TUTOR IN A SINGLE ONE ON ONE SITUATION OR IN GROUPS?

We do both, but we can assure you that the success rate of group tuition far outweighs one on one.  This is for a number of reasons:

1. The child does not feel they are in an embarrassing position.
2. Realising that others are also there to get more out of learning rubs off on all members of the group.
3. Many occasions occur where a student will pick up tips from others.
4. The power of the group dynamics is very real and at Master Coaching International it is focussed because of the small group size and the clear commitment of teachers pupils and parents.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MASTER COACHING INTERNATIONAL’S TUITION AND THE PRIVATE PART TIME HOME TUTOR?

MOST DEFINITELY YES

Our environment alone makes students feel successful. Master Coaching International is a professional and proven working system with thousands of successful students. Master Coaching International individually assesses the student in order to ascertain the program most suitable to the student’s needs. It is simply no use asking a child what they know and then trying to fix it out of a homework or textbook.  As previously stated there can be too many other factors effecting  your child’s performance.  This is why you should consult only a recognised professional tutoring school such as Master Coaching International. We certainly do not believe that home tuition  is as beneficial as that provided by Master Coaching International.

DOES MASTER COACHING INTERNATIONAL USE COMPUTERS OR VIDEO LESSONS?

We feel that it is far better to place your child with a skilled and caring teacher in a creative learning environment.
